Office Administrator

Administration & General Office Manager

Description:
Our Woodinville office is currently interviewing for an exceptional person to join the team. We need a practical, reliable, independent thinker to provide customer service while assisting our administrative & engineering staff. You will answer incoming calls (both support and otherwise), manage email systems, data entry, and assist with many additional in-house and customer support projects. Excellent computer skills and experience using Word and Excel, Access, QuickBooks (or similar) is desired.


Position Duties:
* General Office Management.
* Customer Phone Support.
* Data Entry.
* Light bookkeeping.
* Documentation control.
* Managing office supplies.
* Managing travel arraignments.
* Special projects.
* Record keeping.
* Answering phones.
* Various additional computer duties.

Desired Background and Skills:
* Experience with MS Office programs
* Experience with accounting programs
* Self-starter and the ability to work autonomously.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Working knowledge of Internet technologies.
* Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
